Confidentiality of Coaching Conversations

Conversations between coach and client are treated as confidential. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship like attorney-client or therapist-patient communication; you should not share information with the coach that you would only share with a licensed professional under privilege.

  • You may receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and updates

  • If you opt in to marketing messages, you may receive promotional content

  • Message frequency varies

  • Message and data rates may apply
